You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Position Responsibilities : - Oversee and manage all aspects of the tax department, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting - Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on complex tax matters - Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance at all times - Lead a team of tax professionals and provide mentorship and training - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth

Position Essential Job Functions : - Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

• Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients - Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues and provide appropriate solutions - Review and approve tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax management

Position Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation - 7+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax management - Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
