Partners Personnel is now hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a leading client facility in Milpitas.

Pay Rate : $20-$21 / hour

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm & 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator :

• Safely operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as other material handling equipment like pallet jacks.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles with incoming and outgoing products.
• Verify the accuracy of freight by counting and checking for damage, reporting discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Move products to the correct storage locations within the warehouse and replenish picking slots as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or hazards to a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by clearing debris and sweeping as required.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RFID scanners for inventory tracking.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, which may include order picking or packing.
