In this role, you will assemble products according to engineering specs, using hand and pneumatic tools on fiberglass and resin materials. Responsibilities include quality inspection, following work instructions, maintaining a safe workspace with appropriate PPE, and collaborating effectively within a team.

Requirements :

At least 1 year of previous assembly experience within a manufacturing facility required; fiberglass experience is a plus.

Ability to use common hand tools and operate pneumatic tools.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Comfortable working in a confined environment, such as a small, enclosed space, and on uneven surfaces.

Comfortable working in a controlled, climate-regulated environment with exposure to fiberglass, resins, and other chemicals.

Strong attention to detail and ability to apply standards to work.

Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
