The Project Manager - Multifamily Builder / Developer - Triad will be responsible for :

• Manage full-cycle multifamily construction projects.
• Lead client communications and ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational skills.
