Job descriptionCollaborate with the sommelier and bar team to design wine pairings and signature cocktails. Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations. Leadership & Operations : Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring service aligns with Atlas' standards. Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff. Guest Experience : Uphold Atlas' reputation as a fine dining leader by delivering memorable guest experiences. Restaurant Manager
Atlas, Atlanta's Michelin-starred fine dining destination, is seeking a Restaurant Manager with expertise in beverage management. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the city's premier culinary experiences by enhancing its celebrated wine and cocktail program.
Atlas is known for its sophisticated ambiance, art-inspired dcor, and seasonally driven menu. Located in the St. Regis Atlanta, the restaurant features an award-winning beverage program, including an extensive wine selection and innovative cocktails that complement our exceptional cuisine.
Role Overview :
The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations while focusing on curating and managing our beverage program. This leadership role is ideal for a passionate professional who values excellence in both service and beverage innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Beverage Management :
Oversee the wine and beverage program, including inventory, procurement, and cost control.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Engage with guests to provide personalized service and expert beverage recommendations.
Monitor budgets, beverage costs, and revenue goals.
