Role Overview :
The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations while focusing on curating and managing our beverage program. This leadership role is ideal for a passionate professional who values excellence in both service and beverage innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the wine and beverage program, including inventory, procurement, and cost control.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Engage with guests to provide personalized service and expert beverage recommendations.
Monitor budgets, beverage costs, and revenue goals.
