Role Summary :

Design develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with strong focus on workflow automation architecture and operational reporting. Collaborate on solution design and lead technical discussions.

Key Skills & Experience :

5 years ServiceNow development experience

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture & integrations

Experience with ITSM ITOM (HAM / SAM) CMDB

Workflow Business Rules scripting REST / SOAP

Technical leadership & client-facing communication

Experience with US Federal projects; Public Trust eligible

Certifications (Required) :

ServiceNow CSA & CAD

Preferred :

CIS certifications (ITSM CSM Discovery HAM / SAM SPM / APM)

JavaScript Angular SQL Web technologies

Agile / ITIL v4

Education :

Bachelors 3 yrs / Masters 1 yr / 7 yrs equivalent
