A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivers on the business unit's annual execution plan for growth, profitability, and agency engagement
Positions and promotes a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency Partners
Develops and maintains the new agency appointment pipeline and collaborates with various departments for market analysis
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales management within the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and competitors
Experience with CRM software for tracking sales activities
Ability to analyze market trends and agency performance
Relevant education or training in business or a related field
