About Kind Senior Care
Kind Senior Care was founded in 2019 with the mission of helping people live independently at home while providing peace of mind for family and loved ones. We've already supported hundreds of families, and we're continuing to grow. We are now seeking a Community Liaison to join our team in Massachusetts and support our mission. Our three core values-compassion, integrity, and innovation-guide everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares these values to help us expand our reach and continue delivering exceptional care.
Position Overview
As a Community Liaison, you will be the face of Kind Senior Care within the community-building strategic relationships and upholding our core values in every interaction. You will focus on establishing and nurturing referral partnerships with a range of healthcare and community-based organizations, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted / independent living communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, and geriatric care managers. By showcasing the value and quality of our private care services, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering the best care in New England-starting right here in Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed quarterly growth targets.
Maintain regular outreach and visibility within the North Shore, Boston North, and Merrimack Valley regions.

Compensation : $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
