Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team at CCOC. In this role, you will partner with clinical leadership to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services while ensuring the best possible patient experience. You will have the opportunity to shape care standards in your unit, contribute to process improvements, and mentor team members.

Essential Job Functions / Accountabilities :

Work hand-in-hand with CCOC leadership to coordinate anesthesia operations in designated units.

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine anesthesia needs.

Administer local, intravenous, or spinal anesthesia with precision and care.

Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.

Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of anesthesia type, dosage, and patient response.

All other duties not specifically assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD).
• Licensure : Active Ohio State License to Practice.
• Experience : 3-5 years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred; 1-3 years of leadership experience a plus.
• Skills : Expertise in all aspects of anesthesia care, commitment to patient-centered medicine, and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
