This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates looking to develop their infrastructure skills while working with a broad range of technologies including Windows, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools like Intune.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT operations role
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and MacOS
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or similar
• General understanding of networking concepts and system troubleshooting
