Apartment Maintenance Technician-Entry-level

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing apartment turns and responding to work orders across multiple skill areas including electrical plumbing HVAC carpentry appliance repair and general maintenance. this role also supports community upkeep through grounds cleanup and seasonal responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused dependable and committed to delivering a high level of service to ensure resident satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications :

• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• A candidate should have experience in plumbing electrical work appliances and painting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Plumbing contracting builders certifications and licenses are a plus! Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary is appreciated!
