The position :

Join a growing company, with opportunities for growth and advancement! We are seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our team. As a laborer, you will assist with various tasks on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites and customers homes.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision
  • Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
  • Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and gravel.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Opportunity for advancement into plumbing apprenticeship
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
