Job description

Shift available - all in our Crystal Lake location :

  • Full Time - 1st Shift : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm, M-F or
  • Part Time- 6 : 00 am to 10 : 00 am or 10 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm, M-F

Required Skills :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, H.S. Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience not required, some exposure to a light industrial or packaging manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to measure and interpret measurements up to a 1 / 16th of an inch using rulers, and have good basic math skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with ease.
  • Must be able to use a standard calculator to perform basic calculations.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds w / out help
  • Must be able to bend, crouch, walk, stand, push, and sit throughout entire shift.
  • Must be able to fluently speak and understand verbal insurance in English
  • Must be able to sufficiently read and write in English to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
  • Activities required : Near vision, mid-range vision Data entry, keyboarding, talking, hearing, detailed work with hand motions

    • A Reinspection Helper is responsible for reworking non-conforming product (i.e. product is out-of-specification, packed incorrectly, has suspected flaws, etc.) to verify the product meets all customer specifications and dimensional tolerances. The Reinspection Helper works with product that has been identified either internally or by a customer as having a potential non-conformance, so extreme attention-to-detail and accuracy is essential in this role. A Reinspection Helper works under the direct guidance of the Quality Supervisor / Reinspection Coordinator and reports to the Quality Supervisor.
