Type : Contract

Job Summary :

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, drive agile adoption, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver business value efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and report status updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and agile best practices across teams.
  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5 8 years of project management experience, with 3+ years in Agile environments.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
