Founded in 1998 with a small crew of three, the company initially focused on residential additions and rough framing. The first commercial project was completed in 2000 for a Public-School Administration Building. Since then, the company has steadily grown within the commercial construction industry, serving restaurants, healthcare facilities, and commercial offices. Always building and expanding its established customer base with a strong commitment to customer service. The staff is dedicated, with most carpenters bringing 20+ years of experience to meet project needs. Operating as an open shop company, the primary areas of work include rough and finish carpentry such as steel studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and doors. In 2007, services expanded to include the manufacturing of in-house millwork. Over the years, capabilities in custom millwork have grown significantly. Today, the company offers a full range of fabrication and installation services that complement its construction base. AWI Certified, it is fully equipped to handle solid surface, laminate, metals, hardwoods, veneers, casework, custom millwork, and upholstery items. This broad scope allows it to serve as a one-stop shop for all carpentry and millwork needs. Currently, the company completes many projects of various scopes and sizes each year and proudly employs just under fifty experienced team members dedicated to fitting individual project requirements. Fully licensed and insured, the company remains committed to customer satisfaction and meeting demanding schedules.

Responsibilities :

• Market and secure new projects by pursuing potential customers.
• Review and finalize contracts.
• Process subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor job progress against budget and schedule.
• Conduct field kick-off meetings with staff and general foremen.
• Attend job meetings as required.
• Price bulletins and change orders.
• Resolve job-related issues promptly.
• Obtain and secure vendor pricing.
• Approve and code vendor invoices.
• Approve completed work amounts for customer billings.
• Process additional work authorizations.
• Perform material takeoffs.
• Update and manage job cost budgets.
