Fleet Service Coordinator

A company is looking for a Fleet Service Coordinator II to manage maintenance transactions and customer interactions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of maintenance transactions from origination to technician custody

Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in all systems

Schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations to ensure positive customer experiences

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience

Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience with fleet maintenance is preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with the ability to learn new systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
