Community health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Martinsburg, WV! (30mins from Winchester, VA and 1h30 from Washington DC)

Benefits :

  • Salary : $230,000 - $250,000 based on experience
  • RVU Bonuses
  • Sign On Bonus : $10,000

  • The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50+ multi-disciplinary clinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob / gyn, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhanced continuity of care for patients.
  • Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case / care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients.

    • About this Role : Family Medicine Physician

  • Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia. 20 mins from the Virginia Border!
  • Have easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC, or Baltimore!
  • Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
  • Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 30 – 5 : 00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour days after a few months )
  • Patients per day : 14-16
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures
  • Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
  • Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
  • On call :  1 : 10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
  • Team Size : 3 MD's & 13 APP's

    • Background Desired : Family Medicine Physician

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
  • Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
