Job description
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Process Optimization Manager, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis and optimization of revenue cycle workflows and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management
Proven experience with IDX (GE Centricity Business) in a healthcare setting
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma certification
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance regulations
