Job Title : Corporate / Transactional Associate Attorney
Location : Northern Atlanta Metropolitan area
Job Description LHH is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to join a small, collegial Metro Atlanta firm that primarily represents local governments and municipalities. The role will focus on contract review, with an emphasis on business contracts for professional services.
Responsibilities :
- Review and negotiate business contracts for professional services.
- Provide legal advice and support on general corporate matters.
- Collaborate with the legal team to manage contract processes.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
Compensation : Base salary starting at $130,000+ , depending on experience.
