Job Description for Materials Manager / Master Scheduler :

• Coordinate with various departments to develop and maintain the master production schedule
• Analyze production specifications and capacity data to ensure optimal scheduling
• Sales and operations planning
• Monitor inventory levels and production progress to adjust schedules as needed
• Collaborate with production managers to prioritize production orders and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Utilize scheduling software to create and update production schedules
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy
• Generate reports on production performance and schedule adherence for management review
