The Opportunity : Roche Support Network is dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers. As a Field Engineering Specialist you will :

• Showcase your expertise in technical repair for Roche assigned product lines
• Offer valuable service to laboratory customers in your assigned territory
• Provide routine technical support, on-site service and repair of Roche products
• Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures
• Document all activities, contribute to quality improvement, and focus on maximizing customer satisfaction

This is a field-based role - the territory is within the San Francisco / Bay Area. Travel : travel requirement in Indianapolis for formal training and co-travel within Northern California / Reno and Oregon areas for training purposes.

Relocation benefits are available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $79,200-147,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
