Job description5+ years of prior coding experience in Software Development, with a strong foundation in Microsoft development (.NET, C#, SQL). Experience with Azure DevOps and CI / CD. Ability to develop strong business relationships as a PO or Product Owner. Experience leading teams or managing product delivery efforts. Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, executable technology roadmaps. Fintech or Banking industry experience desired
Technical Product Owner with hands-on .NET capabilities position open in St. Louis, area, leading a team driving technology strategy, system enhancements, and product innovation across FinTech business applications. This role is a WORKING MANAGER position, coding and leading strategy for financial applications with a small team of lead and senior developers.
This direct-hire role offers competitive benefits, salary, profit sharing, award-winning company culture, and a hybrid work schedule (2 days on-site, 3 remote) Visa sponsorship not available.
Role :
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that move the business forward.
- Oversee end-to-end product development using Agile principles and strong SDLC discipline.
- Remove obstacles, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Manage team, code, and direct product future.
