Position Overview

As the Lead Generation Specialist , you will play a critical role in driving new business by creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads through a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels, building awareness of the company's services, and supporting overall growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and events
• Create compelling marketing content and messaging to attract and engage target audiences
• Track lead sources, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment
• Maintain lead databases and coordinate the handoff of qualified leads to the internal sales team
• Research market trends and competitor activity to stay current with industry best practices
