We're opening a brand-new Stylerunner store at Westfield Marion — and we're looking for a confident, customer-obsessed Assistant Manager to help lead from the floor.

About the Role :

As Assistant Manager , you'll be the go-to support for your Store Manager and a role model for your team. From styling and service to floor standards and KPIs, you'll help run the show and create a space where every customer feels seen, empowered, and inspired.

You'll step up in leadership, own your role, and grow fast with a brand that's redefining fashion retail.

What You'll Bring :

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, Keyholder or Assistant Manager level)
• Confidence on the floor and passion for delivering top-tier service
• A love for styling, wellness, and premium activewear culture
• Ability to lead a team, coach in real-time & support performance goals
• Operational strength — rostering, stock, shrinkage & floor execution
• A make-it-happen attitude and strong attention to detail
• Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday availability
