Job description

Role : Travel LPN / LVN LTC

Location : Montour Falls, NY

Duration : 13 Weeks contract

Shift : 8 hour evenings (3pm to 11pm)

Schedule : 40 hours per week / 5 days

Pay breakdown :

  • Hourly rate - $45.00 [$15.50 taxable | $29.50 non-taxable]
  • OT rate - $67.50
  • Weekly Gross - $1,800.00 [$620.00 taxable | $1,180.00 stipend]

Job Summary :

  • A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents' health, assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The LPN plays a key role in ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting a respectful and supportive environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
  • 1 year of LTC experience required
  • Travel experience required
  • NY state license required
  • AHA BLS required
  • No local nurses / Travel nurse must be 50 miles away from the facility
