As a Manager of Quality Assurance , you will support the quality assurance function at Captain D’s.
You’ll lead product audits, investigate food quality concerns, and ensure resolution meets brand standards. You’ll also review Health Inspection Reports and align them with Captain D’s internal benchmarks.

Visit restaurants for product evaluationsIdentify and report product issuesFollow up with store teams on concernsCommunicate findings to suppliersExecute recipes for product testingTest new and existing productsReview health inspection reportsGrade inspections to Captain D’s standardsUse kitchen skills for accurate prepEnsure recipe consistency and executionSupport food safety and quality goalsMaintain documentation of evaluationsRequired Experience :
3–5 years in quality assuranceStrong Excel and data analysis skillsAbility to travel up to 30% of scheduleJob Type : Full-time
