Key Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the institution's visual design strategy in alignment with brand objectives
Conceptualize and produce creative across multiple mediums, including print and digital
Direct freelance designers and manage collaboration with external agencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of professional design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and brand development
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Canva or similar tools
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
