The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level. Salary Range :

$62,200.00 - $93,400.00

This role is responsible for ensuring the financial health of customer projects by accurately managing invoicing, tracking project finances, and analyzing financial data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position also plays a key role in monthly accounting tasks, including balance sheet reconciliation and internal audits.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Responsible for creating customer invoices on a monthly or as needed basis in accordance with the customer purchase order, customer contract, and project management guidelines. This includes managing customer payment of invoices to increase cash flow.
• Responsible for working with the Project Management teams to create and maintain a clear and efficient system for tracking project finances, including providing suggestions and feedback to the teams in order to maximize customer satisfaction and reduce waste.
• Analyze financial data and report any trends and metrics that may assist in improving customer satisfaction and project financials
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis including the proper documentation and appropriate work papers
• Participates in internal audits of our accounts on a monthly basis including providing proper documentation and answering auditors questions.
