The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help scale our AI platform at the pace of the market. You'll work at the center of Baseten's product lifecyclefrom discovery to deliveryhelping bring new products to life, guiding them to product-market fit, and supporting our engineering teams with structure and context. This is a high-impact role that combines customer engagement, technical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution.

Once you are ramped, you will fully own shipping products that cuts through our whole stack : infrastructure, model performance, developer experience, and user experience. No matter your domain, you'll be responsible for enabling aligned execution to take the product to market and bring the market to the product.

Responsibilities

• Take products to market : Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to iterate on product execution and deliver features that drive customer adoption and product-market fit.
• Bring the market to the product : Synthesize insights from customers, FDEs, Sales, and the broader AI ecosystem to inform product direction and prioritization.
• Drive aligned execution : Coordinate across teams to ensure context is shared, dependencies are clear, and execution is fast and smooth.
• Own and grow product areas : Continue to improve and iterate on products you shipping to drive adoption wedge in the market.
• Facilitate product development rigor : Introduce scalable processes that enable rapid iteration without compromising quality or engineering efficiency.
