Description :
An interventional radiographer assists physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, and more. Using sophisticated fluoroscopic equipment, responsible for capturing images of the blood vessels.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Adheres to AORN and AAMI Standards when working in the Operating Room and Sterile Processing.
 - Displays working knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment / supplies.
 - Follows department and hospital policies and regulatory standards.
 - Always maintains aseptic technique
 - Works collaboratively as a member of the surgical team
 
Required Qualifications :
Current ARRT certification, VI credential preferredRCIS credential also considered in conjunction with minimum Interventional Radiology (IR) experienceCurrent State License to practiceVaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and / or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)Vaccinated for Influenza, seasonalIncentives :
