Job description
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide critical support connecting individuals to emergency shelter and resources
Assist customers in both Spanish and English through various communication channels
Navigate multiple systems effectively while working remotely
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Previous call center or customer service experience
Proficient with technology and remote work environments
Must have a Windows PC or laptop with specific hardware requirements
Open availability, including weekends, for training and shifts
