Supervise the daily operations of the Admissions & Utilization departments
Act as liaison between Devereux, funders, and referral sources to address areas of concern and ensure efficient access to services
Serve as a subject matter expert related to residential admission requirements, services provided, and compliance requirements
Communicate clearly with internal and external contacts ensuring compliance with organizational, regulatory, and funder policies and procedures.
Devereux Florida is a nonprofit behavioral health organization that provides a wide range of services for children, adolescents, and families across the state. Our programs support individuals with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, including those with autism, trauma histories, or intellectual disabilities. Services include residential treatment, therapeutic foster care, outpatient counseling, crisis intervention, and community-based supports. Devereux Florida focuses on individualized, trauma-informed care, helping youth stabilize, heal, and transition to less restrictive environments with ongoing family involvement and support.
Position Details
Schedule : Monday - Friday
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office at our Orlando corporate office, located by the Orlando International Airport.
Salary : Starts at $70,000 / yr (subject to increase based on relevant experience and education)

Qualifications
EDUCATION : Bachelors Degree. Required
EXPERIENCE : Minimum of five years previous experience in a behavioral healthcare setting. Two years of previous supervisory experience. Previous experience in utilization review and / or admissions. Required
Valid drivers license must be maintained
