Bilingual HCA

We are seeking dedicated and experienced HCA's to join our team.
HCA willing to provide high-quality care in the homes of our clients. This is one-on-one care! We love HCA's, HHA's and CNA's!

Responsibilities:

• Help with assisted daily actives such as bathing, hyenine and dressing
• Reminders to take medications
• Prepare meals
• Safety Supervision and stand by assist
• Transfer experience (Hoyer lift and gait belt experience a big plus)
• Go for walks with our clients/ ROM exercises
• Drive to appointments or pickup groceries for them
• Provide engaging companionship care to them

Details:

• Bilingual Spanish, Chinese or Mandarin and English clients
• Shifts 4-12 hours long. Week, weekend shifts. NOCS when they become available
• We start $22 depending on experience and case, $23 for CNA's/HHA and $25 for 4 hour shifts.
• Location- San Jose/Campbell/Saratoga - and within Santa Clara county.

Requirements:

• Home Care aide resignation (current or willing to attain)
• TB test- current
• 2 years of professional caregiving in a agency or facility setting
• Valid DL/state ID/SSN
• COVID Vaccination
