Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for dedicated Merchandisers to join our dynamic team in Golconda IL and surrounding areas . As a vital part of our operations, you’ll help bring our iconic brands to life in local retail stores—ensuring shelves are stocked, displays shine, and customers are impressed.

What You’ll Do :

Own the Shelf : Create eye-catching product displays using planograms and company guidelines.

Stay Stocked : Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep our products fresh and available.

Drive Sales : Execute promotional programs and maximize visibility to drive customer interest.

Build Relationships : Collaborate with store teams to ensure optimal product placement and maintain positive working relationships.

Stay on the Move : Travel between assigned locations (mileage reimbursement available).

What You Bring :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication and people skills.

Ability to lift and move product cases and displays.

A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and self-motivation.
