Escrow Support Processor

Job description :

• Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
• Perform work that is similar to associate level tasks, with slightly more complexity based on experience and knowledge.
• May work on escrow openings and closings.

Qualifications :

• Detail-oriented / accuracy.
• Flexible.
• Self-motivated.
• Decision-making skills.
• Must be able to follow escrow procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process (preferred).
• 1-2 years of escrow processing experience (nice to have).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
