Job descriptionDetail-oriented / accuracy. Flexible. Self-motivated. Decision-making skills. Must be able to follow escrow procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process (preferred). 1-2 years of escrow processing experience (nice to have). High school diploma or equivalent. Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork. Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers. Perform work that is similar to associate level tasks, with slightly more complexity based on experience and knowledge. May work on escrow openings and closings. Salary Type : Hourly Salary Min : $ 19 Salary Max : $ 19 Currency Type : USD
Job description :
