Project Scope :
Support various initiatives for RER's Enterprise & Permitting Licensing (formerly EnerGov) implementation. These initiatives aim to :
- Streamline functions
- Optimize service delivery
- Reduce administrative inefficiencies
- Strengthen plans review and enforcement measures
Focus areas include improving processes for code compliance, planning, platting, and zoning to leverage new system functionality and accommodate departmental changes.
Roles / Responsibilities :
Configure and develop within the Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EnerGov) system, specifically :Land ManagementCase ManagementLicensingEnforcementCivic Access PortalDevelop workflows and business process actions, including :Output actionsAutomatic Logic (IO)Fee configurationPerform programming and systems analysisDevelop and troubleshoot :SQL viewsFunctions and stored proceduresDatabase triggersData transformationsCreate reports using SSRS and Power BITranslate business analysis into system workflows and configurationsProvide technical training and mentorship to in-house development teamsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including county staff and third-party vendorsCollaborate with county analysts to align solution design with business needsMandatory Skills :
Direct experience with EnerGov / Enterprise Permitting & LicensingWorkflow configuration and business logic designProficiency in SQL (views, stored procedures, functions)Experience with database triggers and data transformationReport development using SSRS and Power BIStrong business analysis and process mapping skillsTechnical training and team mentorship experienceEffective communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented and organizedExperience working with government entities or managing large-scale vendor implementationsDesirable Skills :
