Job descriptionNutritional Care : Conduct quality and regulatory assurance reviews of food and nutrition services, including sanitation, food storage, preparation, and dining services. Consultation : Provide nutrition education and counseling for residents / consumers and in-service staff. Problem-Solving : Assist facilities in identifying nutritional problem areas and developing effective solutions to improve overall care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized nutrition plans for patients. Stay current with dietary trends and regulations to ensure compliance with standards.
