Sales Manager - Mortgage

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Direct to Consumer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire an inbound sales team to exceed production and conversion goals

Optimize lead flow and sales processes to enhance conversion rates

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth customer experiences

Required Qualifications

3+ years of sales leadership experience at team lead or manager level

3+ years of mortgage origination or DTC sales experience with a proven track record

Knowledge of loan products including FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Non-QM, and Renovation loans

Experience managing and improving sales processes within a CRM, preferably Salesforce

Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with change and growth
