Benefits Manager

Job Description

Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Evaluate and recommend benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company objectives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with vendors and brokers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships effectively. Develop and deliver employee communication materials to promote understanding of benefits options. Analyze benefits usage data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. Support the Human Resources team in benefits-related projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Benefits Manager should have :

  • A strong understanding of employee benefits programs and related regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to evaluate and optimize benefits offerings.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and benefits negotiations.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively within the Human Resources team.
