Respiratory Director

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist with passion, drive, and determination to build and lead a new in-house Respiratory Therapy program across three skilled nursing facilities. This is a unique growth opportunity to design, develop, and eventually oversee a full program dedicated to improving respiratory outcomes for our residents.

About the Role :

Work across three skilled nursing facilities, building consistency and standards of respiratory care

Develop an in-house respiratory therapy program, moving toward program leadership and management

Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical staff to improve patient outcomes

Educate staff on best practices in respiratory management, including ventilator care and high-acuity needs

Provide hands-on respiratory therapy while program infrastructure is established

Qualifications :

Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory therapy practices

A builder’s mindset – ability to create, grow, and refine a new program

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
