Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and / or group therapy to clients based on clinical need and licensureAssess readiness for services, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with agency guidelinesParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on integrated careUtilize DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planningRefer clients to appropriate internal and external resources as neededEngage in ongoing clinical training and supervision opportunitiesMaintain compliance with all agency, state, and federal documentation standardsParticipate in staff huddles, team supervision, and case consultsWork Monday through Friday— no weekends or holidays requiredRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology requiredWORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of DSM-5 requiredLICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or PMFT license in Missouri requiredYou’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You :
