Job Description
We are a high-end pre-owned automotive dealership specializing in premium and exotic vehicles. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for every vehicle we sell. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including high-end and exotic models.
- Conduct Pennsylvania state safety inspections, smog, and emissions testing.
- Perform routine services such as oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, alignments, and suspension work.
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and ensure compliance with dealership and industry standards.
- Keep the shop and equipment in clean, safe, and organized working condition.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery in top condition.
Requirements
Current ASE certifications (minimum of A1–A8 preferred).Valid Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions Licenses.Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive repair and maintenance experience.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical positions.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Experience working on exotic, performance, or luxury vehicles strongly preferred.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced ASE Master Certification.Factory training or direct experience with brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Ferrari, or Lamborghini.Familiarity with dealership or shop management software systems.What We Offer

2+ years of sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Skilled negotiator with the ability to build trust quickly.Self-motivated and driven by commission-based earnings.Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.Experience selling warranties, GAP coverage, or F&I products is a plus.
