Banquet Setup Supervisor, Brookfield Conference Center

Join a 2025 USA Today Top Workplace Winner! Starting at $20.00 / hour, experienced candidates may qualify for a higher wage. Flexible availability required on Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays.

Open to both MORNING AND EVENING shifts

  • $1000 SIGN ON-BONUS

How Do I Make An Impact On My Team?

  • Set up tables and chairs for banquets, catering events and meetings while ensuring a clean, professional, and attractive presentation of banquet spaces
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the food and beverage department
  • Review and implement catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product are offered

    • What Success Looks Like

  • Two or more years of supervisory experience
  • Past Housekeeping or related work experience
  • Strong oral and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure an efficient property operation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
