Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CVICU Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 29 / 2025 Duration : 52 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Direct Hire Opportunity – CICU RN | Saint Francis Health System, Tulsa, OK Position : CICU RN – Direct Hire Facility : Saint Francis Health System, Yale Campus – Tulsa, OK Pay Range : $48– $51 / hr (Based on Experience) differential pay Schedule : Full-time | Nights 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (3x12s per week) ✨ Role Highlights : 18-bed Cardiovascular ICU serving cardiovascular surgery, MCS, and cardiac critical care patients RN-to-patient ratio : 1 : 1 or 1 : 2 Collaborative care with intensivists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams Manage post-op surgical patients, ventilators, Impella, IABP, ECMO, CRRT, and vasoactive drips ✅ Requirements : Valid Oklahoma or compact RN license Current BLS and ACLS Minimum 3 years of CVICU experience with open-heart surgery recovery Experience with Mechanical Circulatory Support devices (Impella, IABP, ECMO, LVAD) 09 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
