In the role of Clinical Nurse III within the Secure Unit (C3W), you will play a vital part in fostering a compassionate environment for our patients, families, and colleagues. Your skills in kindness and active listening will be essential as we work together to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and conduct special tests, documenting actions as required by policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

This position offers a salary range of $76,396.32 - $126,730.61, with an hourly rate between $36.73 and $60.93.
