ABOUT THE ROLE :

Splash Financial is seeking a highly analytical and creative Data Scientist to join our growing Credit team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the future of our lending programs by leveraging data, building models, and presenting insights that directly influence business strategy. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and lending partners to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure we deliver on both growth and credit expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT SPLASH :

• Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop clean, efficient Python code to support data analysis, automation, and modeling.
• Conduct robust quantitative analyses to identify risks and opportunities, helping us exceed credit performance expectations while supporting growth.
• Present insights and recommendations to the Credit Committee and lending partners with clarity and impact.
• Contribute to our collaborative, fully remote culture by sharing ideas, knowledge, and best practice.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPLASH :

COMPENSATION :

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 annually, based on market data and internal compensation practices. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
