Description :

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality physical therapy services.

Conducts comprehensive evaluations and develops age-appropriate plans of care based on findings.

Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral.

Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.

Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments.

Adapts to a dynamic work environment and prioritizes effectively.
