A company is looking for a Director of Advanced Analytics to lead their analytics team and drive data-driven insights and strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute the advanced analytics strategy
Manage the analytics team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Design and implement advanced analytics tools and processes to support business decisions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science)
8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
Hands-on experience with visualization tools and cloud computing technology
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
