About the Role

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning? Phoenix Hebrew Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten teacher to join our vibrant Lower Elementary team. In this role, you'll lead the Kinder educational team to create a warm and stimulating learning environment where students can develop foundational skills.

What You'll Do :

Lead instructional activities.

Provide individualized support to students in small groups or one-on-one, fostering academic growth.

Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.

What We're Looking For :

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.

Certification : Valid state teaching license or certification in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.

Experience : Proven experience working with young children in a formal setting, such as a classroom, daycare, or as a student teacher.

Classroom Management : Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a dynamic classroom effectively.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.

Child Development Knowledge : A deep understanding of early childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
