You'll drive growth by targeting multifamily communities, delivering our premium resident-focused amenity solutions, and expanding our footprint. Compensation & Work Environment Details : On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $108k - $126k per year Salary Range : $60k - $70k per year Monthly Commission : Uncapped Ramp Up Guarantee : Monthly guarantee during ramp-up period Auto Allowance & Reimbursement : Bi-weekly fixed contribution + monthly variable mileage reimbursement Work Environment : Blended field-based & remote role with up to 70% travel within your territory
What You'll Do : Drive new business, expand and retain accounts, build strong industry relationships, generate leads and pipeline growth, manage the sales cycle, facilitate seamless transitions, track and report progress, engage in cross-functional collaboration, invest in growth.
We're Looking For : Sales hunter DNA, industry experience preferred, proven sales performance, self-motivated and competitive, consultative sales expertise, tech-savvy and organized, commitment to growth, valid driver's license.
